CGH Technologies Inc., mourns the Loss of Founder and Visionary Leader, Cindy Troutman.

Washington D.C. – September 3, 2024 – It is with profound sadness that CGH Technologies Inc.,
announces the passing of its beloved founder and visionary leader, Cindy Troutman, who passed
away on August 27, 2024 at the age of 71.
Cindy Darlene Troutman was a pioneering force in the Aviation industry, founding a DC-based
national woman-owned information engineering and management support company founded
in 1989. Under her leadership, the company grew from a small startup to a respected leader in
the field, known for its innovation, quality, and commitment to excellence.
Today, we mourn the loss of a great leader, mentor, and friend, said Audrey Hinton, Marketing
and Public Relations Director. Cindy’s passion, vision, and dedication were the driving forces
behind our success. She inspired all of us to strive for greatness and to never settle for anything
less than the best.
Cindy was a skilled writer and technology leader, and was also known by her family, friends,
colleagues and clients as a warm and compassionate person with many interests and talents.
Aside from leading CGH projects with the Federal Aviation Administration and other federal
clients, she was a widely-celebrated owner of an alpaca farm and a generous supporter of
women entrepreneurs and women entering the technology sector.
Throughout her career, Cindy Darlene Troutman was known not only for her business acumen
but also for her generosity and commitment to the community. She supported numerous
charitable organizations and initiatives, always believing in giving back to the community that
supported her.
Cindy Troutman was born in Trenton, NJ to Doris and Robert Troutman and raised in various
state around the US (military brat) however her roots were in Chaneysville, PA.
A memorial service will be held on September 7, 2024, for a gathering from 10:00 a.m. until her
memorial service begins at 11:00 a.m. at the Kalas Funeral Home & Crematory, 2973 Solomons Island
Rd., Edgewater, MD., where friends, family, and colleagues are invited to celebrate Cindy’s life and
legacy.
