CGH Wins FAA Organizational Effectiveness Award

The CGH team recently was selected to continue its support for the Federal Aviation Administration’s Office of Organizational Effectiveness. CGH provides many types of staff support as well as portfolio and project management consulting services, both in the field and at FAA headquarters.

CGH supports the FAA as its leaders create a culture of collaboration, including the implementation of first-of-its-kind training to build interest-based collaboration within FAA facilities. CGH provides targeted coaching programs that are helping teams improve their effectiveness in real-time. CGH also implements transformation initiatives within agency headquarters to help FAA prepare its people, processes, technology and culture for the shift to NextGen.

NextGen-related support from CGH ranges from development and implementation of an organizational strategy to designing and executing integrated change management plans. CGH supports all aspects of the process, including strategic communications, training, facilitation, coaching, and talent management.
