CGH Participating in Key Industry Conferences

The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA), in partnership with Eurocontrol, will host the 2014 Air Transportation Information Exchange Conference (ATIEC) on August 25-28, 2014 at the National Oceanic Atmospheric Administration Auditorium and Science Center in Silver Spring, Maryland. The latest advances in the integration of information relevant for air traffic management will be demonstrated and discussed. CGH staff will be available to discuss their AIXM, FIXM, WXXM activities, as well as their participation in NOTAM Industry Day.
Then, from September 23 to 25, Laurence H. Mutuel, Ph.D., will speak and participate in the 2014 National Systems, Software and Airborne Electronic Hardware Standardization Conference, being held in Los Angeles. Dr. Mutuel is a Senior Systems Engineer at CGH, working on the NextGen NAV Lean program to upgrade the FAA’s access to and distribution of Aeronautical Information. She was recognized by the RTCA (Radio Technical Commission for Aeronautics) for Outstanding Leadership for Unmanned (UAS) Operational and Functional Requirements and Safety Objectives (OFRSO).
Finally, from September 28 to October 1, the FAA will host the 59th Annual ACTA Conference and Exposition at the Gaylord National Resort and Convention Center in National Harbor, Maryland. CGH staff will be particpating in the proceedings and staffing the CGH booth (#628). Please join us!
